The day nurse was not invited to my care conference because of staff infighting between social worker and nurse. I was not given the balance of my medications upon discharge and my departure was then delayed 2 hours while they got the undispensed prescribed meds together for me. My poor review is because the inability to dispense the right medications and not dispense the wrong medications and keep to an semblance of the dispensing schedule.
